Mentees

The Minority Mentorship Program at ASEE offers mentees nine months of personalized career coaching, professional development workshops, and a peer-to-peer Community of Practice. The inaugural cohort of mentees convened for the Program Orientation this Fall. They are women of color that are in the early stages of their careers as engineering educators in search of guidance and direction from professionals fully invested in their growth and development.

The goal of the MMP is to increase the participation, retention, and advancement of engineering educators from underrepresented and/or underserved groups in academia.

Thanks to a generous donation from Chevron, this program is being offered at no cost to mentees.

You must meet the following qualifications to be eligible:

* Candidates that submitted applications for the inaugural cohort of MMP will be notified by late September. Selected mentees will be required to sign a Commitment Contract.
