Mentees

The Minority Mentorship Program at ASEE offers mentees nine months of personalized career coaching, professional development workshops, and a peer-to-peer Community of Practice. The second cohort of mentees will convene for the Program Orientation in the Fall of 2024. Mentees will be women in the early stages of their careers as engineering educators in search of guidance and direction from professionals fully invested in their growth and development.

The goal of the second cohort of the MMP is to increase the participation, retention, and advancement of women as engineering educators from underrepresented and/or underserved groups in academia.

Thanks to a generous donation from Chevron, this program is being offered at no cost to mentees.
